Gift certificate Policy

• Gift certificate must be presented at time of service.
  (package cannot be separated for use on next visit)
• Gift certificates expire one year from purchase date.
• Expired certificates are given a grace period of two weeks. Any certificates not used within that time are considered void.
• Gift certificates cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Gift Certificates can only be exchanged for another service of equal or higher amount
• Non-refundable for cash
• Spa Packages (Happy Hour, Good Afternoon, Green Tea ' s Beauty, Memorable Day of Beauty) Appointment is necessary 1 week in advance
• Appointment is necessary 2 or 3 days in advance for any other service.
• Product may not be purchased with gift certificates or bonus card.
• Green Tea Nail and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and membership cards.
